Seven textbooks, fifty cards, a few years of work

BizDecks Pro started as my own cheat sheet. It became a product when colleagues kept asking for a copy. We took the models that are spread across seven or eight university textbooks and condensed each one onto a single card: the front tells you what the model is for and when to use it, the back gives the steps and a worked business example. Fifty cards in five colour-coded categories (strategy & analysis, marketing & growth, finance & performance, operations & process, leadership & teams) in a box that fits in your bag.

Then we did the same digitally: every card as an online page, a Google Sheets template to run the numbers, a Miro board to work through it with a team, and a short video tutorial per model. That is the BizDecks system.

Who is behind it

A small team in the Netherlands, MBA-trained, with hands-on experience in strategy, marketing, operations and finance. We write every card ourselves from the original source, try it in our own meetings, and rewrite it until a colleague can use it without us explaining. When a reader spots an error we correct it.
